We want our ‘hotties’ to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied with the fan(s) you received, we will gladly exchange for another fan or refund your order. All returned items must be sent in their original condition (in their protective case, as you received it) within 30 days of placing your order. Upon receipt, we will either refund the purchase price or, if preferred, we will exchange the item for another fan of your choice.
You are responsible for paying the shipping charges associated with sending the return or exchange back to us. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Fine & Folded Hand Fan Co. is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We do not refund the original shipping charges, unless you received a defective product or we shipped you the wrong item. If that happened, we are very sorry. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can make everything right.
OTHER NOTES ON EXCHANGES
Provided there is available inventory, the new fan will be shipped out within 2 business days of receipt of the original item. We will ship your replacement fan(s) at no charge. Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail.
OTHER NOTES ON REFUNDS
We refund the cost of the returned items (less original shipping charges) within 3-5 business days of receipt of the original item. However, it may take your credit card company up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Our Policy on gathering information from and communicating with children online We recognize the unique privacy concerns regarding children. Our website is directed at people at least 13 years or older and all products are for purchase by adults only. Pursuant to COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13.
